Ram Kumar Singh, a 2012-batch IAS officer from the Haryana cadre, has been given additional responsibilities as the District Municipal Commissioner, Panchkula, and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation. He currently serves as the Special Secretary in the Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Haryana. Alongside this new assignment, he has been relieved of his previous roles as Special Secretary, Irrigation & Water Resources Department, and Managing Director of HSMITC.
