The Central Government has increased the Central Secretariat (Deputation on Tenure) Allowance (CDTA) for specific categories of officers. The updated allowance rates will apply to officers from the All India Services and organised Group A central services when appointed to positions such as Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Director in the central secretariat under the Central Staffing Scheme.
