Rajiv Sharma, currently serving as the Director General of the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D), has been appointed as the new Director General of Police (DGP) for Rajasthan. He is a 1990-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer from the Rajasthan cadre.
