Sangram Kumar Mishra, Deputy General Manager at Engineers India Limited, has been selected to serve as the next Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL). His appointment was finalized during a meeting of the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) held on July 16, 2025. Mishra was chosen from among seven candidates interviewed for the prestigious role.
