Saswata Mishra, a 1996 batch IAS officer, has been appointed as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Odisha. In addition to his new role, he will continue to hold the positions of Principal Secretary, Finance, and Chairman of the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO).
