Vinay Kumar, a 1999-batch IAS officer from the Bihar cadre and currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, has been given the additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Delhi. This appointment is effective for a period of six months.
